Guide: Immediate step to take after SimCard Activation

Once your application has been processed, you will be registered as LoadCentral retailer or subdealer, whichever is applicable. You will receive below SMS notification once registered:

You are now a <Retailer/Subdealer> of 639xxxxxxxxx. Your password is 123456. To change, type CHANGEPW[space][OLD 6-digit password][space][NEW 6-digit password], send to any LoadCentral Access #’s.

Below should be your course of action:
A. Change your SL (second level or sms password) password immediately.
Send below to a LoadCentral Access Number (LCAN)
CHANGEPW [old 6-digit password] [new 6-digit password]

B. Activate your webtool account by sending unlock request.
Send below to a LoadCentral Access Number (LCAN)
UNLOCK <newpassword>

C. Login to your LoadCentral account
URL: http://www.loadcentral.net/
Username: 639xxxxxxxxx (your registered number)
Password: 123456 (default password)
Note: Please change your webtool password immediately once you logged in.

Webtool Login Default:
Username: 639xxxxxxx (registered dealer/retailer number change “0″ to “63″ w/out quotes)
Password: 123456 (default 6digit password change upon login)
