1. Question: Will LoadCentral issue or sell a Dealer SIM?
Answer: No. Any mobile number (Smart, Talk N’ Text, Globe, Touch Mobile, Sun) can be registered as a LoadCentral dealer number.
2. Question: How can I replenish my account?
Answer: You can deposit to any Uniwiz Trade Sales, Inc. accredited bank. You should call or send an SMS to Uniwiz indicating payment details. After confirmation of the deposit, the equivalent credit will be loaded to your registered dealer number.

3. Question: How many retailers can I register under my account?
Answer: As many retailers as you can maintain.
4. Question: Can I register a retailer of another dealer?
Answer: No.
5. Question: How will I know of new products carried by LoadCentral?
Answer: Thru this website, via Webtool Crawler, IM Broadcast, e-Mail from LoadCentral and by SMS.
6. Question: Can Sub-Dealer sell to an end-user?
Answer: No. Only a registered retailer can sell to an end-user. You need to register other sim as your own Retailer.
7. Question: Can I change the discount given to my retailer?
Answer: No, you cannot. The discount structure is already pegged. Only LoadCentral can change the discount structures for both dealers and retailers if the need arises.
8. Question: What happens if I forgot my password?
Answer:If you wish to reset your password please send a request using your registered number to 0928-5067310
Just follow the procedure.
A. IF you have problem in SMS/Cellphone password just text us <RESET FL PASSWORD> .
B. IF you have problem in Webtool password just text us <RESET SL PASSWORD>
NOTE: KINDLY INDICATE WHAT YOU WANTED TO REQUEST.
Then wait for the reply/ confirmation.
Upon verification of your identity, Uniwiz will reset your password to the default setting of 123456.
Uniwiz reserves the right to ask for additional proof prior to doing this.
9. Question: What happens if my dealers SIM and/or mobile phone are lost or stolen? What happens to my retailers?
Answer: You must notify LoadCentral immediately so your mobile number could be deactivated or blocked. You must then register another mobile number as your new dealer SIM. LoadCentral will transfer all current balance and all the retailers under your old registered number to the new one. While this is being done, your retailers can still continue dispensing e-Loads and e-Pin’s.
10. Question: How can I get reports of the transactions of my retailers?
Answer: Thru the LoadCentral webtool you can monitor your retailers’ current daily wallet balance, your cumulative earnings per retailer shown as GRO (Gross Retailer Override) and the daily transactions (transaction time and product) of each retailer.
11. Question: I Received LoadCentral Notification That I Am Now A Registered Dealer. What’s Next?
Answer: Once your application has been processed, you will be registered as LoadCentral retailer or subdealer, whichever is applicable. You will receive below SMS notification once registered:
You are now a <Retailer/Subdealer> of 639xxxxxxxxx. Your password is 123456. To change, type CHANGEPW[space][OLD 6-digit password][space][NEW 6-digit password], send to any LoadCentral Access #’s.
Below should be your course of action:
A. Change your SL (second level or sms password) password immediately.
Send below to a LoadCentral Access Number (LCAN)
CHANGEPW [old 6-digit password] [new 6-digit password]
B. Activate your webtool account by sending unlock request.
Send below to a LoadCentral Access Number (LCAN)
UNLOCK <newpassword>
C. Login to your LoadCentral account
URL: http://www.loadcentral.net/
Username: 639xxxxxxxxx (your registered number)
Password: 123456 (default password)
Note: Please change your webtool password immediately once you logged in.
Webtool Login Default:
Username: 639xxxxxxx (registered dealer/retailer number change “0″ to “63″ w/out quotes)
Password: 123456 (default 6digit password change upon login)
12. Question: What is SL and FL?
Answer: FL stands for First Level and SL stands for Second Level. FL password is your password for your mobile number registered with LoadCentral and SL Password is the password for you to access the LoadCentral Webtool.
Possible reasons why any or both of your password(s) has been blocked. :
1. You did not change your Webtool Password / SL Password and your Mobile Password right away.
2. You have too many invalid login attempts on the Webtool. ( or someone is trying to access your account without your knowledge )
3. You nominated the same password for both FL and SL Password.
You can only change your SL password via Webtool and you can only change your FL password via SMS using your mobile number registered with Loadcentral.
Here’s how :

Default passwords for both FL & SL is : 123456. If your SL password is blocked, contact your subdealer if you are a retailer. Contact UniLOAD.BIZ or your respective Distributor Center if you are a subdealer. For security purposes, please make sure that you provide them with your registered number and registered name
Even though your SL password or webtool password has been reset to default, you will still have to activate it by sending an SMS to LoadCentral access number using the mobile number you registered as a retailer or subdealer. Format:
UNLOCK 123456
Send above to a LoadCentral Access Number (LCAN)
As soon as you have unlocked your account please change your password immediately.
13. Question: How To Followup LoadWallet?
The sub-dealer or retailer can inform LoadCentral office (Ms. Mariecar Andes or Ms. Beng Quimsing) of their fund transfer or deposit by:Calling LoadCentral Hotlines below:

✔ iii. Name of bankname, branch location and branch code (Ask bank teller for the branch code upon doing deposit.
✔ iv. Date and time fund transfer or deposit was made

15. Question: What are LoadCentral Access Numbers (LCAN)?
TheSUB-DEALER or RETAILER can do SMS transactions (i.e., sell eloads, balance check, transfer loadwallet for subdealers, etc.) by sending simple SMS commands to the following LoadCentral Access Numbers (LCAN):
